A Jamshedpur-XLRI alumnus, Arvind has led HR function not only in diverse environments but also in geographies including India, the UK, Turkey, Russia, and former Republics, East, West and South Africa, and the Middle East. Of the different industries, he left his mark on, steel manufacturing, watches, FMCG, automotive, and construction are worth a mention.
Arvind has mastered HR processes including matters related to Joint Ventures and dealings involving external stakeholders. He understands and handles diverse organization and workforce-related matters and facilitates interventions where needed.
