Mind Stream founder Arvind Chandak is the man who led Gillette HR smoothly transition with P&G (Russia) at the time of their merger. He carries nearly 40 years of experience in HR management consultancy, talent recruitment, supply of staff, HR services outsourcing, training and development, and coaching.

A Jamshedpur-XLRI alumnus, Arvind has led HR function not only in diverse environments but also in geographies including India, the UK, Turkey, Russia, and former Republics, East, West and South Africa, and the Middle East. Of the different industries, he left his mark on, steel manufacturing, watches, FMCG, automotive, and construction are worth a mention.

Arvind has mastered HR processes including matters related to Joint Ventures and dealings involving external stakeholders. He understands and handles diverse organization and workforce-related matters and facilitates interventions where needed. To remodel conventional businesses into professionally-driven organizations, he relies on weaving behavioral competency frameworks into existing HR systems. His designed Development Centers have helped him set up people for success through Executive Coaching.

With over a decade of experience in the Middle East, Arvind has built a large network of professional contacts and a master database of talent. His deep commitment towards raising the bar by introducing world-class HR Best Practices and ensuring local nationals development enabled him to ensure zero productivity loss during the Arab Spring.
