Conflicts left unattended can be detrimental not only to an individual but, at large, to the organization as a whole. Hence, knowing how to resolve conflicts becomes a skill that needs to be inculcated among all individuals of an organization.
This module approaches conflict management from understanding self and guides to the point of assertive resolution of a conflict.
